About Dr. Sophie Lorn

Dr. Sophie Lorn has a passion for helping others achieve their best life possible, and that starts with great health!

Today our society struggles with a vast array of health problems that may be preventable with lifestyle modifications: Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, weight issues, eczema, inflammation, cancer, and metabolic disease, just to name a few.

She is devoted to helping patients piece together symptoms and patterns of imbalance in order to promote confidence and guide them towards their own path of optimal wellness.

In addition, she challenges patients to place their healthcare into their own hands, and ensures that each person understand the “why” behind every recommendation. She believes that every person deserves the chance to be educated about their bodies in order to achieve the level of health they desire and a lifestyle that allows them to do what they love with more freedom, joy, and ease.

Dr. Lorn’s Story

Dr. Lorn was born in Cambodia, where natural medicine plays a pivotal role in daily living.

This made naturopathic medical school a fitting step for her, as it allowed her to embrace her Cambodian heritage.

She studied Biology and Human Development at the University of Texas at Austin and received her doctorate from Bastyr University in Seattle. She completed an accredited residency at TrueNorth Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA, where she became certified in medically supervised water fasting.

During her residency, she revived her love for the foundations of simple and holistic healthy living: clean air, pure water, whole foods, loving relationships, restful sleep, deep breathing, and plenty of laughter.

She now practices in the beautiful city of Brentwood in Northern California at Delta Spine & Sportscare and is also the personal onsite naturopathic doctor at Trilogy at the Vineyards.

Her Practice Today

Dr. Lorn practices general medicine with emphasis on disease prevention and nutrition, but her areas of focus includes digestive health, autoimmune diseases, and hormone rebalancing. She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, California Naturopathic Doctors Association, and the International Association of Hygienic Physicians.

She is now currently accepting new patients and her favorite part of the work she does is the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life and backgrounds.

Everyone has a unique story, and she is excited to hear yours!
